As a non-profit 501(c)(3) entity with gross receipts in excess of $50,000, MCWIC is required to prepare and file an exempt organization information return, Form 990, to the IRS on an annual basis. The financial statements are also audited, as required per the OMB Uniform Guidance Single Audit, Subpart F, by an independent auditor. The audited financial statements are comprised of the statement of financial position, statement of activities, statement of functional expenses, statement of cash flows and related notes to the financial statements.
