MOU

Title I of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) requires each local workforce development board, with the agreement of the Chief Local Elected Official, develop and enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the local Workforce Development Board and the required America’s Job Center of California (AJCC) partners relating to the operation of the AJCC delivery system in the local area.
