Employee Training


On-the-job training and related instruction where workers learn the practical and theoretical aspects of a highly skilled occupation. This program can be sponsored by a combination of employers, community college, and/or labor group.

Customized Training

Training designed to meet your special requirements. It is conducted with a commitment by you to employ an individual upon successful completion of training. The business pays for a significant portion of the cost of training.

Incumbent Worker Training (IWT)

Designed to up-skill your existing workers or avert a reduction in workforce.

On The Job Training (OJT)

The program enables businesses to hire employees and receive a reimbursement for a portion of that employee’s wages during the training period.

Supported Employment

Structured intervention techniques to help employees learn to perform job tasks to business specification and contribute to team success.
