Veteran Resource Center

About Veteran Services

The mission of Veterans Services at the Madera County Workforce Investment Corporation is to provide access to quality education, training, job placement services and other valuable resources and information for eligible military veterans and their spouses. We have information on a wide variety of resources and services, beyond those listed above, targeted specifically for the Veteran community, and make this information available through our website and at any of our three locations in Madera County. We will make every effort to connect you with the services that best fit your needs.

Our office assists veterans and their spouses to obtain benefits from the federal, state and local agencies administering programs for veterans, and provides advocacy and outreach to the veterans community, while promoting and facilitating access to needed services.

If you are unsure of where to find help, need assistance to get started, or are just unsure of the services available, you can obtain assistance by calling our office. Our professional staff members will assist you or direct you to the appropriate resources.

A Matter of Duty

Liberty’s honest about his own condition and his efforts to help other veterans vividly depicts the continuing impact of war on the men and women who have served our county
