The Madera County Workforce Investment Corporation is the administrative and fiscal agent of the local workforce investment area. Madera County has been designated and certified as a local workforce investment area by the Governor. The Corporation is also the One Stop Operator known as the Madera County Workforce Assistance Center located at 441 E. Yosemite Avenue, Madera, CA 93638. The Corporation was designated as such by the Secretary of State in May 2012 and is a public benefit non-profit with a 501c3 designation which was achieved in August 2012.
The Corporation has a Board of Directors that provides oversight to the local workforce investment area. Public meetings are scheduled monthly and held at the Madera County Workforce Assistance Center. For further information, please refer to the tabs on this page.
